During 2019 Stuart set out to collaborate and educate local communities and the general public through Generative Painting Workshops.
During the workshop participants would discover artworks combining physical media with computer processes and create a generative painting using traditional media and the artist’s own software to take home with them.
Involving crayons, coloured inks, watercolour, pens and pencils. It was fun for people of all ages, with participants as young as 2 all the way to 89!
From these public workshops Stuart sought to develop the open source software to be more accessable to all ages and demographics as well as introducing a more visual and creative use of computing
